Having worked in disability employment services for over 30 years, I take great pleasure in leading The Personnel Group in facilitating workforce diversity.

Some aspects of my role as CEO include working closely with the Board in strategic planning and informing the Board of the company’s performance and adherence to the company’s objectives and standards.

Keeping abreast of Government policy, funding and trends in the disability employment sector is also a very important component of my role.

I take great pleasure in leading a talented and experienced team who are passionate about our industry and are committed to the mission, values and future directions of the company.
