The Personnel Group has enjoyed a successful history of partnering with our community to provide diversity in our workplaces.
The Personnel Group originally commenced as Personnel Employment Albury-Wodonga Inc. in April 1986, as a disability employment agency.
In 1997/98 Personnel Employment Albury-Wodonga Inc. became an independently Incorporated Association, and
in November 2007 rebranded as The Personnel Group Ltd, a company limited by guarantee.
The launch of The Personnel Group represented the growth of our service from the initial purpose as a disability employment service to one that provides a number of government programs with an employment focus.
The organisation now focuses on “long term sustainable employment for people who may experience disadvantage in their endeavor to find quality employment options”.
