Our team has years of experience working with individuals to identify their strengths and match them with job opportunities that are a good fit.

We also work closely with employers to help them understand the benefits of hiring people with a disability and promote our jobseekers who are ready to work for them.

Once you commence work, we will still provide ongoing support and workplace training when needed.

NDIS Employment Support

NDIS Employment Support

Our NDIS Employment Support service is designed for NDIS participants who require personalised support to find a job.

We begin by understanding your strengths, challenges, and work aspirations and then we will create a tailored service agreement outlining how we will support you with gaining NDIS employment opportunities that is right for you.

You decide how often we meet, and your family, carers, or support workers are welcome to join as we discuss your NDIS employment opportunities.

NDIS Employment Group Programs

NDIS Group Programs

We provide small group programs for NDIS participants to further develop their pre-employment skills through our successful Pathway to Work group program.

Pathway to Work is delivered one day a week, over 12 months in a small group setting or four participants or less. Each week we cover a range of practical topics to equip you with the necessary knowledge to get and keep a job. We will help you gain work experience with local employers and organise guest speakers and site tours with local employers to give you further insight into the working world.

Our Pathway to Work will also build confidence. provide practical pre-employment advice and life skills, and get you ready for work.

National Panel of Assessors

National Panel of Assessors

Our team of assessors is accredited and registered with the Australian Government’s Department of Social Services (DSS) and offers comprehensive assessment services tailored to the unique needs of employment service providers.

We can provide assessments for Ongoing Support Assessments (OSA), Supported Wage Systems (SWS), and Workplace Modifications Scheme (WMS) evaluations.

We are committed to ensuring that people with a disability have access to meaningful employment opportunities, inclusivity, and workplace accommodations to help individuals with disabilities thrive in their workplace.

School Leaver Employment Support

School Leaver Employment Support

Transitioning from school to the workplace can be an exciting yet challenging time. Our School Leaver Employment Support (SLES) provides specialised training for NDIS participants with SLES funding to gain the necessary skills to achieve their employment goals.

With over 37 years of experience helping people with disabilities gain and maintain employment, we have the experience and knowledge to deliver School Leaver Employment Support to NDIS participants.
